HACSU has continued to meet with DHS management in relation to the dispute raised about the access levels of House Supervisors and Additional Kronos Users (AKU’s) that caused unreasonable workloads for House Supervisors.
Despite the DHS assertion that HACSU’s claims could not be rectified, in response to the inability to continue further rollout, the DHS was able to propose solutions to the majority of HACSU’s claims.
The DHS has agreed to the following: Whilst these measure address many of the issues raised by members, the issue of houses without a level 2 still requires further discussion, as does workload issues and ongoing training for higher duties. HACSU members should continue to remain vigilant in reporting all issues to the RAS hotline and to HACSU at angelal@hacsu.asn.au or 9340 4100. |
