It is reported that at a meeting of HSU East members today, a deal for a 2.5% wage increase was accepted.

This deal DOES NOT cover allied health, administration, and/ or non direct care and support staff working in Mental Health, regardless of which union you belong to.

HACSU continues to negotiate on behalf of members for more than 2.5%, plus improvements to classifications and increments.  We also have significant claims for professional development, leave equalisation, and classification structures such as Discipline Seniors. Your deal is still being negotiated with the employers and government.
